Pivot in Public. Nearly a month of writing about #ProductBacklogRefinement I'm seeing little engagement. As a student of #LeanStartup I want to learn from my audience.
Write in candidates are also appreciated.

Help me understand:
@mlevison @bernie @anil this is my first time seeing a post from you and I have no absolutely zero idea what Product Backlog Refinement is.
Always having a visual or being more clever in wording to allow us to easily infer what this product might be would greatly increase the potential for interest.
I can barely understand what your asking above much less have any idea about the product. There are too many streams of conversation mixed together in one message. There’s no way to glean context.
@sysop408 @bernie @anil Sheldon thanks. Mastodon limits context. #ProductBacklogRefinement is the activity in Scrum (and I guess Kanban) where the team and the Product Owner review the items that are coming up in the near term to make sure that there is a common understanding of what they want to build. This article is good starting point: https://resources.scrumalliance.org/Article/product-backlog-refinement
@sysop408 @bernie @anil In my workshops I see that many teams don't understand Refinement and more do it poorly so since late June: https://agilealliance.social/tags/ProductBacklogRefinement I've been posting about this most days. I've posted ~50 times (ignoring threads) and got limited interaction. I'm polling my audience to find out more.
Trying to avoid shouting into a void.
