Looking for a really good summary of for non technical people.

I was just coaching some non-technical ScrumMasters, with the intent to help them understand Agile Eng Practices.

Focus on:
- Communication and agreement
- The joy of examples

What I find - badly written posts, designed for SEO that promote Outsourcing.

@mattwynne @lunivore

Psst bonus anyone know where to find Gojko and Dan here?

@mlevison @lunivore maybe try my QCpn talk “how BDD can save agile”

@mlevison @mattwynne @lunivore

This is an oldie but I think it stands up ok: skillsmatter.com/skillscasts/9

I promise it doesn’t promote outsourcing. And its SEO clearly sucks too!

I would humbly suggest that hiring @lunivore to come in for lunch with your non-technical folks would be a great way to build bridges too. She is fantastic at communicating this stuff.

@mlevison @tastapod @mattwynne The article says it takes months to learn, but that’s only because people overthink it so much and focus on the G/W/T. It might take time to get the full value all the way to automation, but it only takes minutes to learn to ask “Can you give me an example?”
